Upgrade LED Light Fittings
Barrie Beard were instructed to replace all buildings non LED light fittings to LED alternatives numerous sites owned by Aberdeen Standard. The sites were located in Reading, Bracknell, Bristol and Birmingham. It was essential to complete this in a short cut off period so that the buildings would achieve a higher EPC rating than they currently held before a dedicated cut off period. Our engineers worked tirelessly around the clock to complete this with causing as little disruption as possible to existing tenants.
