Barrie Beard Ltd is one of the few local employers in the Bromsgrove area who take on school leavers into full apprenticeships. 

 

We have always taken on and trained our own apprentices, over 170 over the last 45 years. We are proud to have a strong apprenticeship policy that reinforces our high-skill base, which, in turn, has expanded the company’s reputation for quality throughout the country. We provide continual employee training, including SMSTS and SSSTS (Site Manager/Supervisor Safety Training Schemes).
