The Bank - Residential Tower One, Birmingham
Design, installation and commissioning for one of Birmingham's most iconic buildings
Barrie Beard Ltd together with Wates Construction completed the first tower on Broad Street, Birmingham in May 2018. In total, over the two towers, there are 400 residential apartments consisting of 1-bed studios and 1, 2 & 3-bed apartments.
Each of the towers has two lifts and the apartments are protected by a door access system and CCTV around the perimeter and internal entrances.
Barrie Beard Ltd was responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of this project. Tower 2 has 217 Apartments (2 x 3 beds, 125 x 2 beds, and 90 x 1-bed apartments) and was completed in January 2020.
