Tarka Leisure Centre
New family leisure centre with endless ski slope
The new Tarka Leisure Centre includes a 25m, eight-lane swimming pool and 20m trainer pool, both with moveable floors that allows the pools to reach up to 1.8m in depth.
The facility is also host to an interactive 'endless ski slope' accommodating snowboarders, skiers and tobogganers, which has been built in a room that runs inside to out.
The leisure centre also includes a four-court sports hall, gym, three-fitness studios, indoor soft play, cafe and reception area.
The new centre was announced as winner in the Commercial Pool Project of the Year category at the UK Pool and Spa Awards 2023.
