Nailers Yard, Bromsgrove

Barrie Beard Electrical Contractors were appointed by Kier to deliver the complete electrical and mechanical installation package for the new Nailers Yard development in Bromsgrove. 

 

Nailers Yard is a landmark mixed-use development comprising a three-storey office building alongside a dedicated community pavilion. The development provides premium office accommodation and a flexible public space designed to host exhibitions, markets and local community events, creating a vibrant new destination within Bromsgrove. 

 

As our first project with Kier, the objective was to build a strong working relationship while delivering both buildings to a high standard, on programme and with minimal snagging. Close coordination between multiple trades was essential to ensure the project progressed efficiently throughout the 14-month programme.

Working closely with Kier and the wider project team, we successfully delivered the internal works across both buildings, maintaining high quality standards throughout the project. 

 

The successful collaboration resulted in Barrie Beard Electrical Contractors receiving the Kier Supply Chain Award for Collaboration, recognising the team's commitment, communication and performance throughout the project.
