New Leisure Centre for the Community of Epping
Barrie Beard Electrical Contractors Ltd. is proud to have successfully completed the full electrical installation at the brand-new Epping Leisure Centre, working on behalf of Pellikaan Construction.
The modern, energy-efficient facility has been designed to provide high-quality leisure and sporting facilities for the local community, while supporting the council’s ambition to become carbon neutral by 2030.
Our electrical scope included a full LED lighting installation throughout the facility, alongside intelligent lighting controls and occupancy sensors to help improve energy efficiency. We also delivered internal and external lighting systems, new power distribution infrastructure, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems, as well as the entrance turnstile installation.
The completed facility now benefits from a safe, reliable and energy-efficient electrical installation designed to provide long-term performance while supporting the building’s wider sustainability objectives.
It has been a fantastic project for our team to be involved in, and we are proud to have contributed to the delivery of another high-quality facility for the local community.
