Brecon Beacons Big Hike 2026: Supporting Cancer Research UK

On Saturday 6th June 2026, our very own Louie, alongside his brother Connaire and Louie’s girlfriend Holly, took on the Brecon Beacons Big Hike in support of Cancer Research UK. 

 

Having seen family members and others close to them affected by cancer, the trio decided to take on the challenge to raise money for an important cause and help support the ongoing fight against cancer. 

 

Together, they successfully completed the hike and raised an incredible £1,432 for Cancer Research UK, helping to support life-saving research and make a difference to people and families affected by cancer. 

 

We would like to congratulate Louie, Connaire and Holly on their fantastic achievement. Their determination, commitment and fundraising efforts are something to be proud of, and everyone at Barrie Beard Electrical Contractors Ltd. would like to thank them for supporting such an important cause.
