Matt joined the company in 2005 as an apprentice and quickly advanced to become a qualified electrician. He gained essential experience as a site foreman and, in June 2017, took on the role of Trainee Estimator, demonstrating his capabilities and drive.
He successfully progressed to Senior Estimator and, in 2023, was promoted to Associate Director, reflecting his leadership and commitment to excellence.
